Scope
I: Recommendation for Oral Cavity and Salivary Glands
- The system provides basic recommendations for Oral Cavity and Salivary Glands.
- The recommendations follow NCCN guidelines and MLMs have been created under close observation of Head and Neck Cancer oncologists.
II: KnowledgeButton: Searching Appropriate Evidences from pubMed
- KnowledgeButton primitive features are supported to assist physicians to automatically search and retrieve evidences from pubMed.
- KnowledgeButton extract query from already fired MLMs, construct query and put to pubMed for provided recommendations.
III: I-KAT: Intelligent Knowledge Authoring Tool
- I-KAT is provided with primitive dashboard including basic concepts of HL7 vMR and support construct from HL7 Arden Syntax.
- I-KAT also support to generate Head and Neck Cancer domain ontology from huge SNOMED CT ontology.
